(15) Do you prefer the look and feel of any reference sites and would like your site to reflect it? I.e. Layout preference, Navigation, Colors etc.

(16) What are your competitor’s sites? Please supply their Domains Names Along with what you like in them, that you would want on your website, or don't like on their website.
